Logging Volunteer Hours:
In an effort to make the tracking of volunteer hours as simple as possible we have come up with the following options:

- The second option is that when you are visiting our schools you will see the following QR codes in the form of a sticker in various locations. Simply use your phone camera to open up the QR code which will take you to a simple form where you can log your volunteer hours.
Volunteer Opportunities:
To start our school year we have created a link for you to sign up to volunteer at either the Bay Haven or the North Bay Haven courtyard. This new opportunity would simply be asking you to stand in our courtyard and greet students, and help us keep students moving to classes. Our administration may also come and ask you to help out in other areas as well. We have created three time slots (each for one hour) starting at 7am - 8am, 8am - 9am, and 9am - 10am. Frequently Asked Questions:
- 20 hours of volunteer work is required per family (this means that if you have two or more children you still only need to volunteer 20 hours per year).
- If you have children in different grades or campuses you still only need to volunteer 20 hours (Per Family)
- Any hours that don't meet program requirements will be disapproved and will disappear from your log without notification.
- Volunteer policy can be found in the Student/Parent Handbook from the appropriate school.
- If you have a question concerning program policies and you cannot find an answer in the handbook, contact your school’s front office.
